BERNADETTE PETERS
Bernadette Peters (born Bernadette Lazarra) was born 28th February 1948 in New York, USA. Her mother started her show business career by putting her on the television at age 3½yrs. When she was 9yrs old, she obtained an Equity card in the name of “Bernadette Peters”and at the age of 13yrs, she went on tour with “Gypsy”. In 1967, Peters made her Broadway debut in “Johnny No-Trump” and a year later won critical acclaim in “Dames At Sea”.
